To perform well in life, our body needs energy. We get this energy from the food we eat. Without food, there will be no life. In today’s world, there are so many dishes available worldwide. Malay dishes comprise Nasi Lemak, Masak Lemak Cili Api, Nasi dagang, Rendang, and more. Similarly, we have western foods like pizza, pasta, noodles, and more dominating the food industry. In my favorite food review, I will tell you about the food I like eating the most. As the world is advancing day by day, it is becoming easier to get access to many kinds of food at our doorstep. I have eaten many cuisines but my favourite food is a Masak Lemak Cili Api. I cannot resist myself when it comes to Masak Lemak Cili Api.

Furthermore, Masak Lemak is a vibrant yellow Malaysian curry with a supposed origin in Negeri Sembilan. The dish can be prepared with various proteins such as chicken (ayam), fish (ikan), daging (beef), or seafood, but the base is always the same a creamy, incredibly flavorful, and spicy combination of turmeric, coconut milk, and various other herbs and spices. The dish is also known as masak lemak cili api (padi), in which the last two words refer to the use of chilies in the dish. Masak lemak is enjoyed throughout Malaysia and it is usually served accompanied by sambal, rice, and raw vegetables such as ulam.

Hence, there are many restaurant servings menu masak lemak cili api, so if you feel lazy want to cook just go to any restaurant and enjoy your masak lemak cili api. Frankly, I prefer cooking on my own than buying at the restaurant because the taste is different, some restaurants the taste of cili api is not that spicy and sometimes too spicy. If u cook on your own you will feel satisfied because the taste was very delicious and perfect!

To people out there if you never eat Masak Lemak Cili Api, you guys should try! You will never regret it.
