This is my favourite food.This is Malay traditional food.I like this food because it has the combination of spices and spicy flavor.My mother oftenly cook this dish during Hari Raya Puasa & Aidiladha. My mother learnt to make this dish from my aunty and so do I. It is best served with 'nasi himpit' and white rice. I'll share the ingredients and steps to cook the dish.

Recipe :
Meat
Lemongrass
Tumeric
Galangal
Tumeric leaf
Ginger
Onion
Garlic
Kerisik
Coconut milk
'cili padi'

Steps :
1. Blend lemongrass , tumeric , galangal , ginger , 'cili padi' , onion and garlic.
2. Saute the blended ingredients until the smell rises.
3. Then put in the meat into the mix.
4. Put in kerisik and coconut milk.
5. Wait it cook.
6. Put in tumeric leaf and ready to serve.
